I have large breasts, even though I've had a breast reduction. That being said, I sometimes sleep in a sports bra because I want them to maintain their firm shape. Besides it's just more comfortable for me to sleep in the sports bra. The bra is just a plain cotton bra with no wires. 2D

no bra, because you let your body rest while asleep, i've also heard that it can cause breast cancer, but that probably a load of crap. plus, it's pretty uncomfortable sleeping with a bra. it is basically that the breasts are not free during sleep when the whole body is at rest. and also, blood circulation might be lessen in the area due to the bra.

no bra = P i cant sleep with a bra on its just to werid and uncomfertable but on the tyra banks show i watched one time shes lk its good too sleep with one on cuz ur u no whats dont sag and it will become fuller but i also read that it will stop growing ( okay... i dont think thats true ) and somthing else lol i forgot

no bra. unless its sports or a built in bra. but theres just something so relaxing and comfortable with taking off all your work clothes and just throwing on an oversized t shirt and nothing else to go to sleep in.

I prefer not to wear a bra to sleep, but when I do, it's a soft cotton one. No wires!

without bra - purely just because waking up and having a sore back right where your bra is pretty much indicates that it can't be good for you.

Sometimes i sleep with one and sometimes I don't. But i prefer to sleep with one (not a padded, or push-up bra of curse, but somethin comfortable).

Sometimes it hurts or is uncomfortable if I don't wear one, especially around girly-hell-week, but if I wear one to bed it's usually a sports bra.

i heard on the tyra show, that sleeping with a bra is completely ok. it helps the breasts so they won't sag. That's what the medical expert said on there.
