I actually saw a show on this the other day about time.. According to the Scientist atleast what i heard was that everyone has cells in the brain that tells time... ever heard of your inner clock it's real.. It sends messages in since and pulses to the time but as you get older the clock slows down so everything around you seems like it's speeding up

Life is a journey which stretches out in front of you. The closer you get to the end the less time there is for idle thought (although it doesn't seem so whilst you are thinking). Just like driving on a long road you suddenly realise that you are closer to the end of the journey than you thought and cannot remember passing some familiar landmarks. Don't worry about it - learn to enjoy the moment. However long or short your journey in truth all you ever have is the here and now.

My mother who is 70 has a very good saying: Life is like a roll of toilette paper, the closer you get to the end, the quicker it goes. And that is soooo true.
The reason is, when you are a kid, you don't have responsibilities, and you pretty much just spend your time in school, playing and watching telly. When you are older, you are juggling so many responsibilities, and you have so much to do, that time seems limited, so it goes quicker. I think it is all a about perception of time.

It's like being half way through anything, (A holiday for instance) In the second half you can see the end and it seems faster.

We waste more time as we get older, then we look back 'wishing we had done this, that'.

Live life as a child, and you won't regret a single day that has passed, time will be irrelative to the experiences you've had.

Because you've more to do than when you were younger and realize you don't have all the time you possibly need to accomplish it all. You have more plans, bigger plans and more wants, desires and there cannot possibly time to have it all.
Plan your life well and all will fall into place. Plan the possible in your daily activities and life will take its time and move with you and not against you.

For the individual, time is not constant, but a cone. Your first year is one revolution round the base, you then step up. Your next year is slightly shorter...and so on.
