"bring the boys back home" from the wall.
it's such a thrill to hear the orchestra swell up in a crescendo, up to a peak.
it's unlike any other song on that album.
your question made me want to pop in the wall...
so i'm doing it right now.
can't talk anymore...
busy listening.
...oh i just thought of "wish you were here". awww that song makes me contemplative. that's my favorite song of theirs.

Echoes, probably. It's just so amazing, especially the Pompeii version. "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun" is really good too. I always liked that song, but I started listening to it alot more after seeng Roger Waters perform it so well at the Hollywood Bowl a few weeks ago. "Brain Damage/Eclipse" is a classic as well. All of their stuff is great though, they're like, one of the greatest bands ever! O yeah, I also can't forget "Childhood's End" and "Fearless" and "Dogs" and "See Emily Play"...
There's so much music to listen to, it's sad that most people only know them by a few songs like "Another Brick in the Wall part 2" and "Money" (Though those songs are good too...)

i would agree with the people who say anything off animals. for example, pigs (three different ones), sheep. I also like free four and childhood's end. I would suggest you to try and listen to their rare stuff. Hey you and all that stuff is great but they also have a lot of hidden stuff as well. I also like some of syd's stuff, i like see arnold layne, the gnome, see emily play, and the scarecrow. There is so much of Floyd that is good. Even some of the later stuff like HIGH Hopes from the division bell. there all good.
