Like others have said the old Padres crap brown ones were pretty bad. The Astros rainbow looking machinations were pretty hideous even for the 70's, so were those blue Phillies road uni's.
The ugliest unfiorms in the current day to me have to be those Padre's away uniforms. Not grey, not gold, but somekind of hideous in between color. I don't care too much for the D backs new uniforms either. Their color scheme wasn't great but they were pretty unique, now their uni's just look generic, and they picked colors that 100 other team's use and already have better looking uniforms.

I agree with Chipmaker. Those Indian uni's were gawd awful.
2nd worst would the orange Astro's
3rd through 10th (LOL) would be all the early Padres. I swear they must have been designed by a colorblind person.
Injecting some of baseball's past into the present say is cool. .. so 'thumbs up' to the old school Pirate uni.

The 1976 White Sox wore hideous jersey tops with dress shirt style collars on them and shorts. I can't find much in the way of pictures but if you do an eBay search for "1976 White Sox" there is a team picture that shows them. The 1977 Topps baseball cards will show pictures from the 1976 season also, so you can eBay search 1977 white sox and look for topps cards.

The worst for the longest period of time would be the Astros multi colored uniforms. They wore them for 15+ years in the 70s and 80s:

Worst current uniform, the Blue Jays. Although hard to pick one, all current uniforms are about the same. I guess I just don't like the Jays new emblem:

The original uniforms with the 1970s Houston Astros were an eyesore for me. Too distracting!

Any of the MLB team uni 's from circa 1910 were horrible, no matter what team.
Modern day:
San Diego Padres - those cream colored jerseys...blah...
The Phillies have an ugly almost pink motif going with those pinstriped uni ' s...

I sort of liked the Astros' rainbow uniforms in a weird way, but the Padres' brown and yellow "taco uniforms" were the worst. And by the way, I didn't come up with the taco line, that's in Steve Garvey's autobiography. He says he hated them because it made him look like a taco. LOL.
