Supposedly exercise eases cramps, but I find that it doesnt matter OR just seems to make it worse because I have more muscle to cramp.

Are there any particular exercises programs or that ease cramps? Stretches?

It does help it. Its proven. Because being a couch potato doesnt get you blood flowing regularly.

I know that jogging frequently helps a lot.
Simple tasks like just walking around, walking a dog, walks on the beach, daily jog...stuff that isnt really that strange.

Also if you want something other than exercises, try cranberry juice, constant showers, warm baths are best, and bananas.

You could try going to the gym and playing a good sport that may not be so intense.
Not to much cuz then you could really injure yourself.
Maybe volleyball or basketball.
Cheerleading and dancing helps also.

Best of Luck,
Sophie
