There is a store in Madison Heights that's on John R just about 3 blocks south of 14 mile road, Called Aspenglow they have beer's and wine's that are hard to come by from around the world. I hope that I have helped.

Try the Merchant of Vino. I believe they're off Rochester Road and I'm not sure if their city location is Troy or Rochester (Hills?). Haven't been there in years but they used to specialize in importing beers and wines. This may also sound stupid but a lot of the chain supermarkets also seem to be continually expanding their variety and I've been really surprised to find some choices available at my local Meijer's.

You could try the Wine Castle in Livonia on the corner of Seven Mile Road and Farmington Road across from K-Mart.

Red WAgon wine shoppe in Troy is good for both beer and wine. It's at Crooks and Maple. I got German and Belgian beers there that I had drank over in Europe.

Also, there is World market.
