We always measure the amount of changes by time and also we refer that changes to time, is that really happens in our actual life?

time is measured by change but although time is relevant to changes it is consistent and not the cause of change excepting traveling at the speed of light in which case you'll have to consult someone who can thoroughly comprehend Einsteinian theory. by the time you learn this your time will most likely be up so ask someone with a degree in physics and don't waste your time trying to understand it on your own.
timed out also a point of conjecture or food for thought ;at the end of time past present and future will all be same but it's still a good thing we have time or everything would happen all at once
peacetimes

Time is an interval between events. As the past recedes into history it becomes now which is the prelude to the next event, when that arrives it is once again, now.
