It's a scam. There is no Plaza Hotel, Ottawa. If you check, it usually is from generic email, like hotmail, or Canada.com. Ask yourself, why did they send an email to you? They send out a bunch of spam, then if you reply they eventually say you need to pay a fee to process your papers. ....
