why do i get so furious when i know he's been "playing" cribbage with the town whore. our sex life is all but over. it was great but i cannot bring myself to enjoy him or the act because of all the emotional abuse and because he is with a whore once or twice a month. why do i get mad. i don't want to be with him and when i am i wish it would end quickly. he pleasures me mostly. i can't even stomach the thought of doing anything for him, he has her, why should i. why can't i just let it be. who cares. anything but this dumb whore and i go off the deep end.

Why would you play seconds? If you are married get a divorce. He is committing adultery. He will give you a disease if he hasn't already and there are deadly diseases out there now.

Time to think of yourself now. He is. Is this an arrangement that he checked with you first, due to the diminishing intimacy between you both? If so, then learn to live with it and find something to do with your spare time - find some interesting people and join a club or two, or help the community. Distract yourself from the marriage and strengthen yourself. You can still have a close friendship with your hubby, and get together for a cuddle or a chat when you need to, but otherwise learn to live separate social lives for a while, that way you can decide whether it's time to leave, or whether you're adult enough to live in this situation. He's getting what he wants/needs, now just figure out what you want/need, and go for it! If there's emotional abuse, put a stop to it NOW. Your anger will eat you up and destroy what's left of this relationship. Ask yourself if there's any love left at all. Then make a decision about your future.

your furious because you feel he is giving the attention that he didnt give you , to someone that dont deserve it when you do. You can let it go , but you will have to work at it. dont dwell on it. it takes practice to stop the thoughts you have about this. when you find yourself thinking to much about him & her, force your self to think about women that have been killed by their mates or something small {or big} that you ARE greatfull for. and leave this relationship or keep hurting yourself by staying in it. you have to make a decision about how your going to get over this. and staying with him or keep dwelling on this , isnt going to make it go away. good luck

you have got to leave. It is done. There is no reason why you need to stick around. He is out playing "games" with some other woman and you know that they are not playing cards either. confront him, leave him, move on.

BTW, you also need to think about you. remember you are not at fault, you are better than him, you are pretty and smart.

Tell yourself that... it works

Because you're allowing him to use you. Please have yourself checked. Also show him how the door swings OUT!
