I believe that hugs should be available to all citizens in good standing, free of charge.

SWEET! now i have a reason for the random hugs that i give people!!
i think people can be changed be the smallest gesture... like if you give someone a hug it will mae them happier which will make them nicer to others and who knows what'll happen??

What a cool idea. I don't understand why it was banned, I mean I can understand people being leery and not wanting to hug a perfect stranger, but to ban it!!!

I love it! It was an emotional day and earlier someone had the link on and I watched it and it made me cry. It was way rad/sweet.
