I am 15, and I my pointy tooth on the top is still going to grow in, but it hasn't yet. I am always self concious when I smile or laugh - would that make someone less attracted to me?

If it is bothering you so much, as I know it is. You can get a temporary cap for it. Wear it until your tooth grows in. Teeth are extremely important. Nothing worse than anyone with dirty, discolored, missing teeth. Yours is only as you put it, a temporary growth pattern. Dont let it ruin your appearance, and your self confidence.. You can get a cap for less to nothing at a dental college.

People can be cruel. So try and stay around your friends who know and accept you for yourself. I would hope people would take you as you are and not judge, just cause of a slow growing tooth. It may be hard till it grows in. Then you can make up for lost time!

Nothing wrong with that. I'm 28 and I'm still kind of self conscious about the effects of an eye injury I sustained as akid.

no i dont think so....
but even if so, so what if they arent attracted to you...its probably their loss, besides i think it would be better that way cause then youll know whose just interested in look and whose not....

and if what i just said above doesnt work for you..then just remember one thing, that your tooth is going to grow out for sure, and probably very soon ..so dont worry about it at all....
hope that helped..
