There are many branches of Bank of America in the Boston area, in the city and in the suburbs. Unfortunately most of them have the same disregard for their customers. Look in a local phone book to find one near to where you want or check on their website.
Even smarter would be looking for a local bank like Eastern or East Cambridge that will treat you better. Local ones have lower fees, longer hours, more helpful tellers, and cookies and coffee one day a week.
