I'm not lost and searching, but I'm sure there must be something missing, and when I figure it out I'll know I missed it. Of all the things I've lost, I think I miss my mind the most, or maybe it's just absent for awhile. These days one never knows.

Never say never, but for the nounce, there's nothing missing in my life. That's not to say that at some point, there "may" be, & if there is, by gum I'll find it! Loved ajunker. Someone gave me a key chain with: "Of all the things I miss, I miss my mind the most," on it. Sometimes I wear it around my neck just to make people laugh. Seriously, I find it sad that so may people seem to be "searching" for something. I've found that the harder one searches, the less likely they are to "find." If there should be something I ever wish for, I'd keep all the doors open, & my eyes open, & let it come knocking. I need to say that is different than just waiting around for something to fall in your lap; it's being in touch with the opportunity.

When I figure it out and search and get it, I feel it wasn't that. Something or the other keeps getting amiss and my whole life is a search. I am I ever satisfied? No.

What's been missing in my life is,wishing my kids were small again, I miss the patter of little feet and them calling me Mommy, all my kids are grown now, and with Family of their own, I know that life goes on and we have to make way for our kids, to make a life of their own, but there is nothing wrong in wishing.

At the moment my life is a simple mug of steaming hot plain
strong black coffee.
There is nothing really missing, but I could add some things
that would make it different, not necessarily better.
