definitely to love someone i can't have.
i had someone i can't love in the past and it sucked a lot, he was a total jerk.
now i'm in love with somebody that i think i can't have.
it does hurt, but i prefer being like this :)

I would rather love someone I couldn't have, the fantasy is usually better anyway. I think it's better to be alone than be with someone you don't love. At least that way you only have to put up with your own crap.
