You don't have to change anything, you don't have to improve your looks you look great just the way you are. You look very happy in that pic, so why do you feel like you need improvements?

eyeliner.... lots of it. Just below your eyes. Mabey some lip gloss.
Doing something with your hair wouldn't hurt, but other than that, you're fine.

Oh sug, you look fine just the way you are. You might want to refrain from sticking out your tongue, though. That can be off-putting:)

a little eyeliner, use pantene ice shine as your shampoo, other than that you are fine. maybe candy pink lipgloss, but that's just me. Lol. :)
