i know its common for girls breasts to be different sizes, but what if one was almost a D and the other almost a B? don't you think that's a little strange? and what would you do about it? it's not just something you can cover up or be comfortable in low cut or tight clothing

Breast reconstructive surgery may be an option. If the difference is dramatic, it can be considered a congenital anomaly and insurance may cover the surgery. If it is something that affects your self-esteem it may be worth having surgery. God didn't make anyone perfect.

If its very noticeable the only things you can do are to put some inserts in the smaller breast or have a reduction in the bigger breast or an implant in the smaller breast.

It's quite strange, but not unheard of.
Try wearing a sports bra and stuffing the other side.
