Hi,
If sin A = ½, then arc sin ½ = 30° or 150°
If 2x - 10° = 30°
2x = 40°
x = 20°
If 2x - 10° = 150°
2x = 160°
x = 80°
So x = 20° or 80°
I hope that helps!1 :-)

2x - 10 = 30°,150°, 390°, 510°
2x = 40° ,160° , 400° , 520°
x = 20° , 80° , 200° , 260°

2x-10 = sin^-1(1/2)
2x-10 = 30 OR 2x-10 = 150
2x = 40
x = 20
OR
2x= 160
x = 80
thus x= 20 or 80
hope this helps!

sin(2x-10 deg) = 1/2
2x-10deg = 30+360n
x = 20, 200 degrees
or
2x-10deg = 150+360n
x = 80, 260 degrees
