I think the ICe turbo is better cuz it got higher GPU core and mem clock. But still not sure.....

The X1950 Pro is better. The specs that you probably didn't take into account were pixel pipelines and memory interface. The X1950Pro has more pixel pipelines, which overcomes the fact that has a slightly slower GPU core. And the memory interface is 256 bit versus 128 bit, meaning that if the RAMs were the exact same clock speed, the 256 bit would move twice as much data.

go with the x1950pro its a way better card it will run most games on max settings till games become direct 10 only which will be like 2-3 years but make sure you have a good enough powersupply before buying one
