Bush is simply refusing to cave in to yet another congressional witch hunt. Nothing more than a smoke screen to cover their incompetence in dealing with the real concerns presently facing this nation.
Let's be honest here, regardless of which side of the isle your affiliated with, congress presently has a hell of a lot more pressing concerns to deal with than their constant political grandstanding and finger pointing.
This effort and time should be spent on debate and finding viable solutions to the Iraq war, illegal immigration, health care, education, American security and, basically, all of the issues that the present slew of presidential candidates are debating - which should be at least a hint to the congress as to what concerns the public feels are really important.
