you bet they will. my step son got in trouble for this same thing. just go to the judge and get the order dropped. you may have to prove there is no longer a reason these two should be kept apart.

They will both be in contempt of court. The judge will send them to jail. Judges don't like people who defy them, they are little kings in their courtroom. I'm sure there was a reason for the restraining orders being issued so I hope you don't have a murder suicide that makes the news like so many others lately.

Very possible and probable. Violating a court order by EITHER party is contempt of court at the very least

No you won't be in trouble, because you won't legally be married and anyone that says they can marry you with out legal documents is stealing your money
