the heartburn is worse, the cramps for 4 days or 5 no period dont know if thats even it, on birth control just started it up again after 1 month being off, and my arms and legs can sometimes go numb and cramp up, i also this morning just one morning so far felt nauseous.

I have skipped a period, i dont smoke and i dont eat alot of greasy food.

I would get that checked out ASAP. Could be a heart problem.

Well, have you skipped your periods?? Then maybe yes, on the other hand if it's just heartburn you can tell by taking an antacid (like tums) if it goes away, it was heartburn, if it does not see a doc. The numbness could be about circulation. I would suggest you see your doctor to get real answers.

Do you smoke cigarettes or eat a lot of greasy food ?
Sounds like blood-flow problems.
Get an app't. with your family doctor right away.
You don 't need a heart attack or a stroke.

I would be majorly concerned about disseminated clots. Especially if you smoke, but even if you don't bc pills increase the risk for women of developing blood clots. I would talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
