I ordered some type of memory card for my cousin and the PayPal transaction cleared on the 14th. Even with standard shipping, it's been 2 weeks and I have not received it, should I go through the Resolution Center?

You Ought to have got some shipping imfo or tracking #. You only want to go to the resolution section when you have exhausted all efforts to get the seller to contact you and they dont. Try and avoid at all COSTS dealing with folk who have to ship the stuff from outside the country...

On paypal, there should be a date when they are gonna ship it. look into your paypal account and find it. Sometimes it takes up to three weeks.

Contact the seller, and find out what the status of your order is.

Yes, give the seller a call and if they don't cooperate, report them to ebay, ebay will take care of it from there!

The first thing you should do is pull the seller's contact info and give him/her a call.
