Shes on probation? mm i didnt know that.. i knew she was out of jail.. but i thought she served her time.. oh well..... never know about her... if shes on probation..they do random drug and alcohol testing.. so if shes doing it ... she will end up back in jail...

I am sure that there are no stipulations with her release....she already has driving privileges, and has done her time, so I do believe she has served her full punishment.....and as far as the nasty answers you are getting, wait and see, you will see a new and improved Paris....this has made a MAJOR life change for her, and I think she will surprise everyone....(and I am a Grandmother, who never cared one way or another for her until this incident) She paid more than the price for what she did, and although I understand why people want to hate, he is more like the average girl than you would think, she just has ALOT more money.....

This is so funny because you know what? I know a friend of a friend of a friend of her's, and the same day she was released from jail, she was trashed off her butt right there in Bev. Hills, and this is totally true too. She'll be back in jail in no time, wanna bet? LOL

I believe as part of her probation, she will be expected to perform some community service - which could include television commercials or radio spots. -RKO- 06/29/07

My guess is that she is not allowed to drive after a certain hour and that she let someone else drive her to her home after drinking. She is also responsible for keeping her driver's license current.
