Kittens are NOT insane they're just kittens, It's people who keep annoying them that make it look that way. Kittens have a very vivid imagination and chase imaginary things but it's like human kids and their imaginary friends except you cant convince a kitten it's not real so you get frustrated and start anthropomorphising and then you've got problems...... But after saying that I know a certain cat thingy here that's definitely got issues ....LMIAO at this one

it runs around backwards and flips in the air and jumps at things you can't see.....no! WAIT! THAT is a NORMAL kitten! SHEESH! a mentally INSANE kitten would freak me out! Its the cat ghosts make em dat way, ya know.

well you've already answered your question by telling us it was a kitten. The word kitten being synonymous with insane.

You can't tell, unless it's trying to kill every living thing.
Mine, 22, 18 and 14 years old and still have their mad kittenish half hour a day. up the curtains, climb across the wall paper and chase each other over and around the furniture...........

My cat has a habit of running up and down the hallway a few times and then stopping to look at herself in the mirror. After she is finished she just flops over and stays that way for a few hours. Sometimes I wonder about her...

Those answers are B.S. Sorry, not to offend anyone, but it's true! My one cat, now 13 mos. old was pronounced retarded, by my vet. I knew it, but he confirmed it. Not too far fetched, considering it has a mind, ya know! A vet can tell ya, but if you know cats at all, and believe it to be true, it most likely is. Don't waste the money, you can't DO anything for them, and they're just happy little campers, anyway!
