No, and neither would most Iraqi citizens. When I was there the people loved us. The ones who tried to kill us were all foreigners.

No i wouldnt because i dun see a reasonable reason to kill anyone be it Iraqis or Americans...only if my life was in danger or if my well being was threatened wud this ever b needed. But on a side note, it is quite disturbing to see that many ppl r thinking tt the Iraqis r being liberated from a dictatorial regime n now with a foreign government running the country. Was Iraq better off with saddam as a ruler or the Americans? One wud bring up the fact tt Iraq is being given democracy and the right to run its own country but issit really a free government? The Iraq government probably is just a "puppet" government that puts up a front for the American authority to conceal their true motives. Why was America even in Iraq n involved with matters that obviously has no relation to them? No offence but who gives them the right to invade other ppls countries acting like a world police? It is disheartening to see a resourcefully abundant country being exploited and their citizens killed...i cant even imagine just living my life when all of a sudden im being bombed till those who i care for dies and my house is ruined n so is evrything else...but once again this matter will always b something u can discuss abt (no1 is born to save the world)...

No.
And, obviously, in the city of Baghdad alone, with a population of approximately 5 million people, the vast majority must feel the same way - or the death toll of American soldiers would necessarily result in total annihilation.
Our enemy is clearly the Islamic extremists, from Iraq and the surrounding areas - and not the average Iraqi citizens who risked their lives to vote for a democratically elected government.

No, because specifically our troops are there to protect/help the Iraqi's. Whether our President is there for the Iraqi's well being, who knows. But our soldiers are. Our soldiers are trying to get running water to the people, our soldiers are trying to protect the Iraqi children from being bombed by irrational terrorists, etc. It is unfortunate that us as Americans are unsure why we are "really" in Iraq. But all our soldiers know is that they are there to help the Iraqi people. So no, I don't think I would kill the American troops.

No. I would not, no more than the French would kill Americans in 1944.

Only if I believed my own life was in danger. However, I would staunchly defend any action to get U.S. troops out of my country since there is no justifiable reason for them being there in the first place. -RKO- 06/29/07
