You probably leaked out your refrigerant at a bad connection or cracked tubing. Short of getting it recharged there is not much you can do.

Try running just the air circulation fan on manual to keep the air inside the house moving. As far as cooling that is not going to happen until it is repaired.

Look over the warranty that came with it and see what is stillcovered after two years. You might get lucky on coverage.

#1 Can you tell if the COMPRESSOR inside the outdoor unit is running? Not just the outdoor fan.
#2 If the Compressor isn't running you need to turn off power to outdor unit and allow it to cool down, ( if it is call a tech and shut it down ) Compressor could be off on the thermal overload.
#3 Once cool (a water hose on low spraying Compressor can speed things up. ALL POWER TURNED OFF! ) try restarting outdoor unit (have someone else turn stat back to cool) listen for Compressor to start if you here the Compressor try to start and then stop, Compressor has frozen up, call a tech. If it starts then feel the lines small line = hot Insulated line = cold, If both still warm shut of unit befor any more damage is done to Compressor and call a tech.
#4 All major brands even 10 SEER units carry a 5 year part only factory warranty but you will have to pay for the labor and refrigerant and a few other items.

Your outdoor fan is running, so you know your thermostat is working properly, and you have power to the outdoor unit. I'm sorry to tell you that you will have to call a pro for this one. It will either be a very hot weekend, or a very expensive one. Wish I could share good news. It may just be an open capacitor, low on juice, or it could be a dead compressor.

Manufactured homes can be quite hot, try and keep kool.

Sounds to like to me you need freon in your unit. Although I've had earlier this week-an easy fix-I just had to flip the breaker switch for the coolant unit.
