What do I do when I feel uneasy?

My neighbor (an elderly lady) next door has just passed away. I've only talked to her once since we've moved here. Our houses are so close to eachother which makes me nervous. My bedroom window is facing her bedroom window (but the wall is in the way even though it is low enough to peak over). At night, I see her porch light on. It only turns on when someone walks by it. It was on last night at 11pm. I can't sleep at all I feel so uneasy! What should I do?

A motion light will go on if someone goes by, if a cat walks by, if the wind blows nearby tree branches, and many other reasons. Just because a light goes off and on like it's supposed to shouldn't make you uneasy - be glad the thing is working!

If you're afraid the woman is gonna haunt you, never fear. She resides in another world now. Anyway, if she was hanging around for some reason, wasn't she nice to you?

Close the curtain or blinds and go to sleep.

Figure you WHY you feel uneasy being next to a place where someone died. her body is gone, it's not like she's going to zombie up, make her way back to your neighborhood and get you. her ghost isn't haunting the house - and even then, ghosts aren't these malevolent things the movies and stories amke them out to be

I'm sure the light is on to deter anyone from breaking into the house while the family settles out the estate. Obviously, someone walked by, the wind blew hard, an animal ran across the yard, a car drove down the street - I have the same lights and they trigger at all of those things.

If this light is bothering you, the idea that someone died next door, then try NOT looking at that light. Put a thicker curtain on the window/s that face her house. Sleep with a light on if you must.

If it keeps up, maybe you will need the help of a professional to overcome it.

pray before you go to sleep. You can take a large metal bowl and fill it with water, (now this may sound silly but it works, I did it recently) take some thing that is a tube, like a turkey baster, but remove the top, so all you have is a tube and balance it in the water. This is a way to cleanse your space and keep the evil spirits out. I AM DEAD SERIOUS! I did this, and it works. If you need any more help or have any questions feel free to email me.

when you feel uneasy like that you just have to calm down and take a couple of deep breathes and think about something good and think about how she was probably a great lady even though you did not know her that well at all and if you can not sleep turn the television on and watch it until you get so tired that you can't stay awake.

Pull the blinds at night so the light won't bother you.

Don't worry about the deceased woman bothering you. It won't happen.

Just relax and enjoy life.

It is only her light working the way it was designed, an animal is probably setting it off. Ask her family in charge of her home to turn it off. I would leave it on as extra security.

Move, rooms, houses, whatever. If you are feeling uneasy then there is no reason to keep subjecting yourself to the circumstances that allow those feelings to manifest.
