samsung printer showing error?

my samsung printer after completing of instalation showing on line/ error on the printer top and when giving command for printing it showing message that instal toner cardiage however i have already instated toner cardiage
this is a new printer purchased today

The first thing you should do is go to the manufacturers website and make sure you have the most current set of drivers installed. Then you should take out the cartridge, clean it and reinstall it.
