You should find your local coin collectors in your city or a dealer that sell and buy coins at a coin store to find out the value of a coin.

Most coins are rated fine, good or fair. Then there are some rare coins (Not many were minted) or they have a flaw that were developed at the mint.

Then there were some that were the last ones to be minted at a certain mints.

There are too many variables to just tell you what the value of a coin is without looking at it.

Then on the other hand no one on this forum is an expert on coins or paper money.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

That year isn't a very popular year, but it is worth more than a penny to the right person. It would be better to put in a penny book and try to fill one up - then your penny will be worth more.

The condition of the coin will determine the value. Also if there is a mint mark on the coin, usually an s or a d after the date. The value is between 2 cents and 20 cents.
