I have one of the most common names out there, but my son's name is Jace, which I chose because it's not really "far out" but it's different enough that you won't have two of them in every class. In fact, he's now going into 6th grade and so far, we have never come across one other Jace at all!
My cousin has two boys--Shade and Race.

When I was in kindergarten the other kids couldn't
pronounce my name so they just called me "Age",
because that's how the beginning sounded like (Age-riana) to them.
