and sometimes i physically cannot speak when i am that mad. dont worry people im not mad now. just curious.

Yeah. Yeah. Thought I was the only one.
I guess it's my own outlet especially if I can't get my hands on that person I wanna beat! Gush! But its also a pacifier. An antidote to violence. I'm proud of it. It proves I'd rather choose peace.

i sure do usually it is because i just want to beat the living crap out of whoever made me that angry so instead i purge off the bad energy by crying. if i don't its a done deal. there is nothing wrong with some may think that is a sign of weakness but trust i am not weak, it only happens when i am really angry a little doesn't make me cry though

Naw I don't cry when I'm angry unless I am on my period. PMS gets me every time. Hell I cry when I have no reason during that time of the month. It is ridiculous. I am one of those people that knows they are doing it too. I think the worst thing is when a very sentimental commercial comes on TV. I feel like an idiot because I start crying.

No, when i'm angry i chuck stuff and shout at people.......
And then i run with loud music and calm down.
I cry all the time at sad movies but when it comes to real life - i just don't cry. It's weird.

nope, i hardly ever cry actually. i only cry when i'm extremely overwhelmed with emotion.
when i'm angry, i do tend to yell.
a lot.
i yell and say things i don't mean.
and then i get all irritated and start digging my nails into my skin... and then i breathe... and then it stops.
i hate getting angry though.
i'd rather use my energry for happiness :D

I do almost everytime and it makes me soooo mad, then I can't talk and that makes me more angry and then I cry more!!
