I reead somewhere that a person can die if they tie a rope or something around their neck and masturbate with it tied around their neck. Does anybody know what this is? Or what it's called?

It is called autoerotic strangulation. It is tried by those who think they will get greater pleasure from cutting off their breath during masturbation. usually they can't quite judge how far to carry that idea and die from the hanging part of their game.
