Well, since people used it before him, no it won't. It is simply the crossface. I think that WWE will put off someone using it though for quite awhile so they don't have to mention or be tempted to mention Benoit's name.

He didn't pass away. He killed himself after murdering his helpless wife and child. WWE fans should never use his name again and referring to him as "mr." is a pucky thing to do.
