Sure- why not?

To be honest, and no offense at all. That sounds a lot like the movie Man in Black, and many other movies.

You see, human usually thinks of an alien to be with a big head and big eyes, small little body, and of course super smart. But why is that?? Because that's how we pictured other creatures?? That's pretty much why. But also because that's just the way we look like, body, hands, feet, head and eyes, all in the right place. I don't know if there is any other things out there, but I am sure that if there were, they would not look like we do, and probably don't do what we already have imagined they would do. Just think about it. An alien is spying on this old man that's picking his dog's pop, then putting it in a little bottle to take it home. I don't think they would want to spy on species that do that kind of stuff :)

Just an example to make you understand. At present human-being can go to space in a shuttle right? suppose there is destruction on planet Earth don't, you think all rich people would like to use shuttle or other means to escape in to Space?

As our earth is very old I think there is a possibility that human being escape from Earth in to space and after living long in space their appearance changed. And when they return to Earth they are called Aliens.

If it is not true then why human being is always up to exploring space? because that is their mother land.

And answer to your question there is a big possibility ET could live in human appearance. Though they are called ET in fact they are also belonged to human race.

I have told you a DARK SECRET think and think.

Possible, but very highly unlikely. The nearest star is Alpha Centuri. It's about 4.3 light years from Earth (about 25.8 trillion miles). It would take about 117,808 to 120,791 years to get there in a space ship travelling at 25,000 mph, and no planet has been found to be orbiting that star.
