First, slang isn't "discovered". It just becomes what it is.
Second, there's no way to possibly know that. There's been too many languages in the history of mankind to even figure that out.

Some one said something that only meant something inside their head,
the birth of slang. Sometime, somewhere at the beginning of spoken language.

It was a really lazy person. He was to lazy to say hom.o so he said mo, he was to lazy to yell whore, so he said ho.
He didn't want to use all the syllables and try to pronounce words right so he said hizzzzouse.
Its just lazy people making language easier for themselves.
