click on it and drag it down .... if it wont move rytclick it and unlock it ..

Right click on your task bar and make sure the option to "Lock the Taskbar" is not checked. If it is checked, then go ahead and click to uncheck it. Once this is done, just click on the taskbar, hold for a second, the drag it to the side of the monitor you want it on.

Drag and drop.
You may need to unlock it first.
Right click on the task bar, If there is a tick mark next to Lock the taskbar, click on it to clear it.

Point your mouse on it, then hold down on it with your left mouse button, and then drag it to the bottom of the screen.

click and drag it when you want it. If it won't move, right click on the taskbar and click unlock on the dialog box that shows up.
It should move right after you unlock it.
