I like Jack in the box. It like toast on a stick is a food and is a toy. That way you can play with your food.

I have heard about this "box" -
I grew up in the middle of no where with little to no social stimulation on a farm - Little to no media influence and the best of block and tackle builders for technology -
Later I ran that farm - Town council was made up of 90 yr olds . When one would die another 90 yr old would take over - we seemed to have an endless supply of 90 yr old men in our town -
Later I came to the city - It was at the tender age of 30
In all honesty the box is a -rumour -to me -
I have heard about it I have heard others talk about it as if it were in the room with us - I have even heard it can abduct people and they can't get out of it -
I wish I knew exactly what this box was -
Everyone else knows - they have one of their own apparently
I am not saying I want one - I don't - I'd just like to know what it is how big is it - How does one get one of these - how do people "get into it" How do people "get out of it"
What the hell is this box ?

If you are talking about politics, the recent Administration has tried to put us all into a box, and darned well succeeded. They wanted a world where behavior is regimented, true freedom is nonexistent and the brutal whims of their leader obeyed without question. This box is mindless. Intellectualism is sneered at, heroes ridiculed, peacefulness vilified. In this box, people allowed their leaders, who were, of course, sent by God to rescue the depraved world, to make their decisions, strip their civil rights and stir up wars.
I definitely think outside the box. I am not shocked by an exposed breast and I think children are harmed more by a pamphlet written by Ken Starr and his minions than they are by a brief glimpse of human anatomy. That box isn't for me.
Where is the box? Is it lurking in the 900 pages of the Patriot Act that few people have read, even those who voted for it? Is it in the Christian "majority" who aim for a form of suicide by pushing along the Rapture? Is it lying bleeding and broken in the sands of Iraq?
Wherever it is, we must rescue those trapped in it and allow them to enjoy the clean breath of freedom.

Thinking inside the box is the new thinking outside the box. Coincidently by using this cliche you think inside the box...or maybe outside the box. :D
Does anyone else see the irony in this question?

People who think there is a box are stupid.
Personally, I think about what is right, most fair and just, and what ever it takes to solve problems the easiest way without breaking rules and laws.
Dumb people only have answers that were already figured out. It's OK to borrow someone elses ideas, but for problems that have never been solved you have to come up with a completely new approach or idea. Dumb people call this "thinking outside the box". In reality the "box" is in THEIR head.

I think around the box! I don't trust those who think in or out of the box, because they use those cliche's to embarrass and intimidate you. So! I slip around the box to see what these anus's are up to, then I make my decisions!

Whose box? LOL
I think inside MY box, in my Conservative opinion. I try to think outside MY box when I am viewing a contrary point of view...
I recognize I am not omniscient.

We should try to take the box apart to learn how it works.
Then we can build a better one.
