I have a vinyl record from 1985 out of print,Is there
anywhere I could take it to have it recorded to CD.
Would Best Buy or Circuit city do it? Maybe you
could do it yourself but how would the quality be?

You could buy a digital turntable, that is a record tuntable that plays the record and converets the output to a digital signal you can process on your computer. A lot of the big box stores are selling these.
