I am having this same problem! Are you having any other symptoms like feeling hot/cold all the time, irritable, depressed or double vision? It could be a thyroid problem. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating healthful diets and not skipping meals or overexercising? You blood sugar could be too low..
I started living with fatigue at 17 years old. My parents thought I was just lazy and doctors thought I was depressed. Had to go through alot of different doctors and testing to finally find the great doc I have now, who diagnosed my Hyperthyroidism.
So many maladies share symptoms though. Make an appointment if you can and talk to your doctor about this. Living with fatigue sucks, but you can get help to get your life back!

There is something wrong with you...It's called sleep apnea. I am going through the same thing as you are...I've been tested and diagnosed with sleep apnea. You need to have your doctor set up a sleep test, they'll will hook you up to all kinds of wires that will monitor your every movement during your sleep, it will even show when you are dreaming, it shows REM (rapid eye movement) and it will see if you are getting enough oxygen to your brain, lungs, or heart...My test showed that I have Pulmonary Hypertension, I stop breathing throughout the night...I wake up feeling like I've been beat with a broom...I usually look like I've been up all night...The sleep test also showed that my leg constantly moves throughout the night, I'm not sure what's going on but it's got a lot to why my sleep is so messed up and why I am so tired...I am being fitted for a sleep mask, and I am hoping that it will give me back my beauty sleep...I really need it! Good luck.

It is time to get some blood works....several things can cause chronic fatigue
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Fibromyalgia
Sleep disorders
Lupus
These are just a few of the things that can cause chronic fatigue.
I have fibromyalgia so I battle chronic fatigue.
Good blood work and a sleep study should be able to give your answers.
It is strange you can sleep for 10+ hours but if you are not entering all stages of sleep you will not be rested.
Good luck at finding your answers.

it could be a common condition known as Sleep Apnea. when sleep apnea occurs, the airway is closed due to a mild collapse in the airway. when a person snores, the uvula (the dangly thing in the back of your throat) can briefly close off your airway. in this case, no matter how often you sleep, you can remain tired because your body doesnt get enough oxygen when you sleep, and it isnt fully rested. have your doctor run tests to determine the problem, and discuss possible solutions.

You could be diagnosed with something like the chronic fatigue syndrom. Try moving around and doing more activities. Try not to sleep everytime you're tired either you'll just turn out to be really lazy

Tired as in low energy?
Are you eating well? Taking vitamin supplements if needed?
Try doing something active and see how you feel after that. Sometimes after a workout , you actually feel more energized.
I recommend going to the doctor though, just to be sure of what is going on.

people who sleep long and hard yet still awaken tired are at big risk for having sleep apnea. Discuss a referral for a sleep study with your doctor.
