My lack of interest.

I am limited by the fact that I am not bilingual. I only speak English so even though I have a university degree in Business Administration I have finally given up on finding permanent work in my field and am now a home support worker. It was always very frustrating for me to be in an office job and then haveing a French person (Canada's other official language) hired to do the French counterpart of my project and that French person was paid twice the ammount I got and she could hardly speak English!!
