Sex. It has tried to enhance everything else but can't seem to replicate that.
Another thing it won't duplicate is human response. They may make a smarter and quicker machine but it still thinks inside its programming. A human----you never know what a human will do.
Compassion. A machine will always be a ruthless unfeeling thing--no matter what program it has.

religion. thats modern technology mind you. not neccesarily future tech. but for now we cannot emulate our supposed deities and therefore duplicate religion.
