I am a married young man with no ED, a lovely wife whom I find sexually stimulating but I NEED the drive.

Has it been a long time? For me, when I go to long without it, I just don't want it as much anymore. Of course, as a woman I can just fake it, and eventually I start wanting it more again.

There are sex therapists you can see -- they may be able to help you get to the root of the problem. Also, if you are taking certain medications, it can affect the drive. Check them out online for all side effects.

More info would be helpful. Since you state "regain sexual appetite" can I assume it was once there? What caused you to loose it? Do you need to seek medical advice, or have you had an emotional upset that is preventing you from enjoying sex with your significant other?

People don't know HOW to read these days!!!!

Young man, go see your doctor. There are possible medical causes for your distress. Type 1 and type 2 diabetes is one of those causes. So is kidney disease.

Go see a doctor!
