There are two ways to uninstall a program.

1. Control Panel - Add Remove programs.
Find the program y ou wish to remove and click on REMOVE or UNINSTALL.

2. There are many programs which do not show up on the Add/Remove List. These usually come with an UNINSTALLER. Check either the shortcut lists or the directory where the program installed. Look for an "Uninstall.exe" or something similar.
