Cool? I open mine when it gets nice and warm! When it's cold I keep the heat in, I'm not running the furnace for the neighbors.
And no, it's not warm enough to open my windows, it's almost July and several days this week temps didn't even get up to 60F.

When the cooler is on I usually have a window open for vent purposes.

you're right, it has to be below 70. i also like when there is NO humidity and at least a slight breeze.

under 80 with no breeze, 80-87 with a breeze.

david dickerman, r u dyslexic, dude?...it don`t matter none ..it`s just that i think u should have said...how hot does it have to b...if i`m wrong..my bad. anyway, i think if it`z at least 55-58 degrees i would open my windows.
