You're whining. It's very un-manly.
How on earth can someone ABUSE you by making you fulfill the obligations YOU created by having children?
Did your ex wife decide how much child support you would pay?? I doubt it, but if she did, then you must have agreed to it and to back out on that is pathetic.
If you didn't have enough money to get remarried and have another child you shouldn't have done it.
Stop whining and be a man.

There is no painless way to say this.....You are responsible for ALL your children.....whether it's a previous or current marriage. If necessary, I guess you need to have two or three jobs to help raise children you are responsible for.
Now to your ex-wife.....she also should be responsible for your child....and the law will see to that. In my state, there is a formula used to figure child support. I'll bet your state uses something similar.
Raising a child SHOULD be equitable! Why would you even think of being stingy with a first family, just because you chose to begin a second? This is a responsibility you took on for 18 years. Be a dad first and foremost....and have your ex-spouse and current-spouse accept that there is more than one child involved!

You can reduce it by filing for custody of your child. Your obligated by court to pay for child support every month until your baby turns 18 yrs of age.

Sorry but your FIRST child is the priority here. Just because you chose to have another wife and another child doesn't mean you should have your first child's support reduced. If you take it to court, the judge will RAISE your child support, I promise you!!!!!

Responsibility is not abuse. When you helped in
bringing the child into this world you automatically
signed a maintenance fee to support it until it is
18 or more if still going to college. So hopefully
you will still be abused as you call it until the child
is on his or her own after it is of age.

you don't need to reduce it. the court based it on a percentage of your salary right? i don't want to hear men whine about child support- because in fact it's family support. i hear all kinds of lame excuses...i think she spends it on herself, the child is coming with me for the summer, etc. well Mr man- you chose to have two families- so guess what- you support two families. the money isn't just for clothes and shoes for the kid- he has to live somewhere (rent) he has to eat(groceries), he has to participate in sports, trips, take lunch, get an allowance, and on and on. you did what you wanted to do...now man up and face the consequences. as far as extra money is concerned, if you give her money over and above the support, thats on you.

Abused?? Sounds like you have more children than you can support, and want to blame your first childs' mother for it. Get a second job if you must. ALL of your children deserve to be supported.

You have go to be kidding. Why dont you take care of your first obligation first. What you cant take care of the child you had first. So, now you have a new family... tough crap. Grow up and be a man. No wonder she isnt with you anymore. That child deserves better then you! Unbelieveable!!!

We'll it all depends even if it is court ordered you can go to court they can review the case again and they may be able to lower it. I have went through this before with my kids dad. It doesn't mean you don't want to pay anything to your kids just maybe to lower it a bit right?
