ok..purple and soft pink would look nice ...make your eye liner line thiner and go with naturl soft tones on the lips ...it would look intense with your haircolor ...try out maybe some aqua eyeshadow too!play with colors ..with your skin tones ..colors will pop easily

I think what you have now is pretty, it makes a great evening look. Maybe during the day you could use a brown eyeliner/mascara, a dusting of very light brown or light olive green eyeshadow and some blush or bronzer on your forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin and a slightly red tinted gloss for a summery look. you should lighten your hair or get highlights. lay off the eyeliner you should use a light pink blush to go with your fair skin. & naturals would go great with it too. maybe some nude lipstick.

actually i think what you already have looks great maybe a little less eyeliner but i love your hair and all the makeup you were wearing i think its perfect!

instead of the cat eye go for more of the smokey.... not dark, but more peweter color instead of black..... hope this helps some... sounds weird, but try a little bronzer it will give u some color, but go for glow not faux tan...

use a bit dark colored foundation. apply pink blushes. orange lip sticks. and blue-violet eye shadows. try any of it:>

well i think you need to go for earthtones and lay off the eyeliner. You need to go for natural look.

Lighten(highlight) your hair and go a little pink on the lips! You have pretty eyes and great facial features but the liner is over powering them, use dark brown liner and less. Here are some examples, I know she is not exactly like you but it is your features just softened a little.
