I Love It, I Have Singing Lessons. They Are Great, I Have Been Singing For About 5 Years Now. I Never Want To Give It Up. Thats What You Call A Real Hobbie ;)

1.) Instrument / Guitar (great way to pass time and a skill you can use forever)
2.) Woodworking / Metalworking (making stuff with your hands basically like shop class)
3.) Reading (escape to lands far away and forget about your problems)
4.) Writing (you can create any story you want, goes well with a good imagination!)
5.) Outdoor activity ( sports, clubs, hunting , fishing, birdwatching, nature walks, archery, swimming....etc)
6.) Physical ( weight training, join a gym, weight lifting, running, track, aerobics,...etc)
7.) Job (working in a fun enviroment, giving people what they want, meet new people, make new friends (possibly a love interest :D) money,....etc)
8.) Cars/ Vehicles ( figuring out how they work, souping up engines and other parts, paint/body work, possibly racing them, drag/ car races, car shows like NOPI...etc)

scrabooking, chrocheting, sewing (well... at least attempting to sew), yahooing, playing with my kids, gardening (oops.. that reminds me: Ihavn't watered the garden or flowers for two days...) reading, working out ( not at the moment, however, I'm recovering from West Nile Virus {damn mosquitoes! they're eeviiiiiile!} and I threw my hip out at my softball game tonight). Umm... other than that, I don't have many hobbies. Oh yeah hating hearing fireworks go off at 10:00 at night (one just went off at the neighbor's and scared the crap out of me!). lol! Neat question!
