For me it would have to be either the gun that Ripley puts together in Aliens, or the gun that's in the Fifth Element.

I'm a little disappointed that no one has mentioned the machine gun leg in Grindhouse. Haha.. I know, highly implausible but so are sharks with laser beams attached to their heads... it was highly entertaining. Oh, and I also really loved the guitar cases in Desperado. Come on! Those were so cool!

...somewhat more down to earth, hands down, it would have to be ol' Painless, from the 1987 film, "Predator".
