The English version of the Ramayana is by C. Rajagopalachari and maybe you can order it over the Internet.

There's also another paperback written by R.K. Narayan published by Penguin Classics. Moreover, there's an interesting paperback series of the Ramayana as follows:
1. King of Ayodhya (The Ramayana), and
2. Bridge of Rama (The Ramayana)
by Ashok K. Banker, published by Orbit Books.
