Hulk is the winner , Dog relies on his younger guys/employees
for the work needing strength and vitality.

Hulk Hogan could take the Dog depending on the condition's.

In a word; it'll wind up being a tie. Both are equally physically fit. Both are proficent in body self-defense tatical assaults. Both have the energy to last about the same time.
